We are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET and Friday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET. These hours are subject to change, so please contact us for our current availability.

In order to be more efficient with our time for our clients (and for ourselves) email is checked during three different time blocks throughout the day, Monday-Friday. We will responds to your email within the next time block. If it's after 4:00 PM ET, we will respond on the next business day.

We invoice and accept payments via Quickbooks. US Dollars only.

Yes, we will provide an Independent Contractor Agreement that spells out the services provided, terms and conditions, as well as a confidentiality agreement.

Per our contract, there is a 14-day notice between the parties. We will work together to finalize any loose ends and deliver (electronically) any files we've created during our contracted time together. We can schedule a final call to review any processes left to complete and discuss final invoicing (if applicable).
